RETURNS WITH A RECEIPT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVNG YOUR ORDER

PAMPAS LIFE will gladly accept your return of unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges.  Product that has been monogrammed or personalized will not be qualified for return.  RETURNS MUST INCLUDE the original receipt and a reason(s) for the return in order for the refund to be processed.  The refund will take up to 30 – 45 days to process after the merchandise has been received.  Please contact PAMPAS LIFE at 571.970.3237 so that we can assist you with the process of your return.

PAMPAS LIFE's handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.

PAMPAS LIFE is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT

Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift returns, will be refunded in the form of an exchange at the current selling price of the product. Please contact PAMPAS LIFE Customer Service at 571-970-3237 Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to assist you in this process.


ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
