SHIPPING POLICY

For “in stock” products on our website they are readily available to ship within 1 business day of placing your order with 2 business day FedEx shipping, so you can expect to receive your Pampas Life product within 3 business days directly from Argentina. 

For “out of stock” products it will take 2-3 weeks to ship from the time the order is placed.  Each product is made by hand; hence once an order is placed for an “out of stock” item we immediately begin hand crafting the item(s) and it can take between 2-3 weeks to produce + 2 business days for shipping. 

Additional shipping charges apply to Hawaii and Alaska.  Please send an email or call us if you would like a direct quote for these States.  We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs, at this time. 

TAXES

The prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change.  These prices exclude taxes.  When purchasing your items the sales tax will be calculated depending on the value of the merchandise, shipping charges and shipping location.  Orders shipped to destinations in the state of Ohio are subject to sales tax in accordance with the Internet Tax Freedom Act.
