ASADO
Description

Asado, meaning barbeque, holds a special place here in Argentina. It’s not only a meal, it is a production. Originating from the gauchos (cowboys) asado became the term used when they all met around a fire and barbequed the beef. It was a highly social activity and today it is still treated as such. Families gather on Sunday at their country homes, build a fire and make an asado, resulting in a long afternoon of conversation, laughter and food! Our Asado knife is casual and great for the outdoor barbeque.
